We are negotiable for other requirements. Hourly and weekly rates must be paid in advance whilst monthly rates will be invoiced at 30 days.

Hourly Rates

R750/hr
I only need you hourly

This is a remote service only.
We will dial into your server or computer to fix the issue.
We will also advise you to ensure to prevent recurrence.

Weekly Rates

R550/hr
I need you for a week

Evaluate your issue/s.
Fix what can be fixed remotely.
Drive out to site if within 50Km.
Offer IT sound advice.
Monitor our fixes for a week.

Monthly Rates

R450/hr
I need you for a month

Includes everything from weekly
Drive to you within 100kms.
Draw up an SLA agreement.
Monitor the deliverables.
Do on the job training.

NOTE: These prices are flexible and will largely depend on the length of our contract and will decrease even more for 12, 24 or 36 months.
